I am a writer and translator interested mostly in works of fiction, in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
I have been an English teacher and translator for 8 years, and a Spanish teacher and translator for 3 years.
I have worked mostly as a translator and proofreader for the website Gengo, besides some freelance jobs.
I have recently published a translation of John Barth's "Lost in the Funhouse" in a respected Brazilian literary magazine, and it can be read here: http://www.musarara.com.br/perdido-na-casa-de-diversoes.
Another translation of mine will soon be published in the same magazine.
As a writer, I have a to-be-published short story collection, called "Pale Gravity", and I am working on a novel - not to mention that I have been writing ever since I was a kid, and perfected my skills through the study of literature in more than one language, being the book "Infinite Jest", by David Foster Wallace, one of my main objects of study.
