With 2 years of experience working with multinational US and Australian banks as telephone banker and back office representative, and was trained at a large call center which was the pioneer in the BPO industry in the Philippines.
In the recent months, some of my key functions as a back office representative in an Australian investment bank are analyzing risk and fraud, processing large amounts of investment withdrawals, and portfolio assessments for account closures. Just after 5 months, I was assigned as a point-of-escalations, in which I evaluate and answer queries, escalations and concerns of my teammates regarding the products and the procedures.
My years of my experience in the BPO/Financial Services Industry, provided and enhanced my skills that I consider important to great customer service, such as patience, optimism, time management, and enthusiasm. Further to that, I am a great team leader, friendly and open-minded, these characteristics I believe are essential in building long-lasting relationships with the team

Work Terms
Amenable to work 5-6 hours from Mondays through Fridays, and 6-7 hours during Saturdays. My preferred method of payment is a direct credit to my bank account.
