Duties and Responsibilities working as a operation, project and maintenance supervisor as follows:
-Responsible for supervising electrical operation by implementing proper procedure in generator sets operation, monitor transformer, switchgear, circuit breakers and substation electrical equipment condition and also supervising electrical job order work in coordination with safety procedure.
-Responsible in supervising plant project in installation of new equipment or protection by properly followed the electrical and company standards, reducing power consumption by optimizing electrical motors and equipment and cutting the cost in operation expenses by determining through extensive diagnostic of the damaged electrical equipment that can be repaired or replace and purchase energy effienct equipment.
-Responsible for supervising maintenance job by properly updated electrical lay-out and design, implementation of preventive maintenance schedule, conduct simulation and monitoring of illumination level of every facilities to determine if it is energy efficient or pass the safety standard, Monitoring of operation expenses by properly record and monitor man hour and materials cost to fit the allocated budget in maintenance and cutting the cost in operation expenses by determining through extensive diagnostic of the damaged electrical equipment that can be repaired or replaced.
