I've built my career in BPO environment which is focusing but not limited to customer service satisfaction. My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings, and I've realized that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company.
I've been a Customer and Technical Support handling Intuit Quickbooks.
I was also a Chat Adviser for a popular gadget brand where we assist customers when it comes in billing issues and sometimes do some troubleshooting steps especially if there is an error message or issues that they are experiencing with our products.
