I captured daily problems and find them as great challenge. This all starts with the observation. Along the process, we will find it together and uncover its values, characteristic and improvement moves. And if we do not, well then, we keep the process going because I want to solve them there.

I am problem solver -driven and an insightful engineer who is passionate about growing skills and teams. From private casting (steel foundry) company to fifth biggest oil Company; I have grown my skills in full-circle of problem solving, strategic intuition and project management. My joy in problem solving related to construction works, so far, has been been properly matching rising various discipline with nature of cost-efficiency in terms surface facility integrity management, pipeline construction, slope stabilization and more.

When I am not working or pivoting tables, I am improving my cooking skills, do mountain hike, learn Python and Nihongo, reading and listening to stock news, hanging out with my wife in town and sipping latte.
