in 1995 BUGS BYTE was the first in the Chicago area to focus on offering in-home computer services to the elderly and infirmed. The service created an opportunity for installations and repairs that would otherwise be un-available to a person that could not disconnect, transport and reconnect a PC.

Since the origins BUGS BYTE eventually partnered with Rhythms to became the primary installer of DSL service to both residential and business customers.

Currently we offer a suite of services in the sales and service of equipment and software as well as on-going maintenance and support.

Work Terms

- Service Assumptions:
Based on communication with Customer’s staff, BUGS BYTE LLC is making the following assumptions
regarding this project. These assumptions are the basis upon which BUGS BYTE LLC prepared this
Statement of Work. If any of these assumptions are inaccurate, or if important assumptions are missing,
BUGS BYTE LLC requests Customer bring this to our attention so we may modify the Statement of
Work accordingly.
-- It is Customer’s responsibility to back up the data on the affected systems and provide adequate
security. BUGS BYTE LLC is not responsible for loss of data, for loss or use of any of
Customer’s computer or network systems resulting in the performance of its services.
-- Installation must be complete for any equipment not purchased from BUGS BYTE LLC (i.e., the
server[s] must be assembled physically, if required, the rack must be assembled, the server[s]
must be mounted on the rack, and the server[s] must be ready to bring online).
-- If required information proves difficult to obtain or unavailable, Customer and BUGS BYTE LLC
will work together to arrive mutually at pertinent and appropriate project assumptions or BUGS BYTE
Technologies has additional fee-based services that may be utilized to gather required
information. Either of these options may impact the time required to complete the engagement.
-- Customer will provide all software unless expressly stated otherwise in this Statement of Work.
-- The start date of the project will be mutually agreed to on the project kickoff call. If the start date
is subsequently delayed by Customer with less than a 2 business day notice, BUGS BYTE will charge
Customer, and Customer agrees to pay, a fee equivalent to one day of work via a Change Order.
-- The initial duration and estimated Professional Services charges for this engagement assumes all
work performed is done contiguously with no interruptions. If there is any break in work due to
