Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation
• Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Asia/Karachi time).
• Extended Hours: Available upon request; subject to prior agreement and ma incur additional charges.
• Response Time: All communications received during working hours will be addressed within 2 hours. Messages received outside standard hours will be responded to the next business day.
2. Payment Terms:
• Pricing Structure:
o Typing Services: $0.05 per word.
o Data Entry Services: $15 per hour.
• Invoicing: Invoices are issued upon project completion or bi-weekly for ongoing projects.
• Payment Due Date: Payments are due within 14 days of invoice issuance.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer, Jazz Cash, or other agreed-upon methods.
• Late Payment Policy: A late fee of 2% per month will be applied to overdue invoices.
3. Preferred Communication Style
• Primary Channels: Email and instant messaging platforms (e.g., What Sapp, Slack).
• Communication Etiquette:
o Clarity: Provide detailed instructions and necessary materials upfront.
o Timeliness: Respond to queries within 24 hours to ensure project continuity.
o Regular Updates: Receive progress reports as per a mutually agreed schedule.
4. Confidentiality
• Data Protection: All client information is handled with strict confidentiality.
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): Willing to sign NDAs to formalize confidentiality commitments.
5. Revisions and Edits
• Included Revisions: Up to two rounds of revisions are included within 7 days of delivery.
• Additional Revisions: Further revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
6. Client Responsibilities
• Provision of Materials: Supply all necessary documents, templates, and guidelines before project commencement.
• Feedback: Offer prompt and constructive feedback to facilitate timely completion.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation Policy: Projects canceled within 24 hours of initiation are eligible for a full refund. Beyond 24 hours.
