We're so glad we found Jim Byrne on GURU. Jim's communication skills are so good we feel that he's almost sitting in our office. He listens very carefully and then accurately reflects our mutual understanding through well-written project descriptions. He completed our first of many projects in a manner that was almost faster than we could review and respond. Trust is everything in a long-distance work relationship. Mr. Byrne has certainly gained our trust.
