Work Terms for Freelance Services
Availability
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects, with flexible working hours depending on project requirements. My usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Weekends can be considered for urgent deadlines with prior notice.
Communication
Communication is key to a successful collaboration. I am available via email, Zoom, or chat platforms (such as WhatsApp, Slack, or Skype) for regular project updates and discussions. Response time is typically within 24 hours on business days.
Project Scope and Changes
A detailed project brief must be provided before starting any work to ensure clarity on expectations and deliverables. Any changes to the scope after project commencement may affect timelines and costs, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to implementation.
Rates & Payment Terms
Hourly Rate: 20/hour (or equivalent in your preferred currency)
Fixed-Price Projects: Can be arranged for specific tasks with a clear scope of work.
Payment Method: I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other agreed-upon platform.
Payment Terms:
For smaller projects ( ₹X), full payment is due upon project completion.
For larger projects (≥ 99), 50% of the payment is due upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final product.
All payments must be completed within 7 days of invoice submission.
Revisions
I provide two rounds of revisions on all work to ensure complete satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond this will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Confidentiality
I take client confidentiality seriously. All project-related information, data, and code will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without prior consent.
