• An effective communicator & negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities

• Handling Interior Fit outs Project Management from Inception, Design Management, Commercial Management, Planning& Scheduling in Microsoft Project, Site Monitoring/Construction management till Handover & Move in.
Client coordination for the projects and acts as single point of contact.
• Preparing project brief for the project,methodology of the job schedule of specific jobs, taking approvals ,verification and validation to ensure quality assurance and quality control in the projects of construction and interiors
• Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time meeting key criteria of budgets, quality and safety
