Work Terms

-Hours of Operation

I am available to work from 8 am to 2 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
Weekend availability can be discussed for urgent or time-sensitive projects.
Flexible scheduling may be accommodated upon prior agreement.

-Payment Terms

Preferred payment method is via Guru’s SafePay system to ensure a secure transaction for both parties.
Payments are expected to be released upon completion of predefined milestones or at the end of the project.
For ongoing projects, invoices will be sent on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis, as agreed upon during project initiation.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees, as per Guru's guidelines.

-Preferred Mode of Communication

Communication will be conducted primarily through Guru’s message system for project tracking and transparency.
For detailed discussions, I am available on [e.g., Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.] (scheduled in advance).
Emails and instant messaging platforms (e.g., Slack) can also be used for quick updates, depending on the client’s preferences.
Response time is typically within 24 hours on business days.

-Turnaround Time and Revisions

Project turnaround times depend on the scope and complexity of the work. Timelines will be outlined and agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

-Confidentiality and Ownership

All project materials and discussions are treated with strict confidentiality.
Final deliverables will become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

-Additional Terms

Clients are encouraged to provide clear and detailed project briefs to ensure efficient execution.
Any modifications to the project scope, timeline, or budget must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
