I have worked as a Senior Mechanical CAD designer / drafter for 14 years mainly in a manufacturing atmosphere and throughout my career I have created many 3D models as well as detailed many drawings with AutoCAD and SolidWorks. My two main specialties are mechanical drafting and 3D modeling, I am confident in my proven abilities and fluency to get projects done quickly and accurately.

While working as a contractor I’ve experienced a large diversity of projects all throughout the United States. Those projects included work on UAVs or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles known to most as drones. Another project dealt with helicopters located at the PIF (Prototype Integration Facility) and another with armored military MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) vehicles. As well as the aerospace and defense industry. I have also worked with machine design, manufactured equipment used in the material handling, transportation and agriculture industries, created rapid prototypes for medical devices and household goods. Last but not least I’ve designed special effects used at popular parks and resorts.

With my background, I understand the importance of ANSI / ASME Y14.5 compliant drawings and I’m very capable of delivering accurate, high quality CAD drawings and 3D models. My knowledge of welding symbols, GD&T, sheetmetal and both rapid prototyping and manufacturing processes would be beneficial to my clients or employers and it ensures that I can hit the ground running on their projects.
