Work Terms

Project Approval:

A detailed proposal will be provided before starting. Work begins after approval and receiving a 50% deposit (if applicable).
Revisions:

Up to 3 revisions are included in the initial price.
Additional revisions are charged at 10USD per revision.
Payment:

Final payment is due upon project completion and approval.
Payments must be made within 7 days of invoicing; late payments may incur additional fees.
Ownership and Rights:

Full rights are transferred to the client after final payment.
I reserve the right to include the work in my portfolio.
Cancellation:

If canceled after work begins, a fee will be charged based on work completed.
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Confidentiality:

All client information and materials are confidential and will not be shared without consent.
Responsibility:

I am not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or client communication delays.
