Senior Estimator , Quantity Surveyor - high attention to details

I have over 15 years experience in the Quantity Surveyor area, working mainly as a Construction Estimator. Together with it, I could develop good knowledge in Project Management.
Having the opportunity to work in many different stages of project development, from preliminary design to delivery of construction works, I could have a better understanding of how each stage can impact budget.

I am a fast learner and I can perform tasks without supervision and under pressure. I am a hard worker, responsible, punctual and reliable, committed to all my tasks and deadlines. Payment weekly - invoice and bank transfer.
