My mission is to make Businesses achieve their goals and sales.

Upon years of my professional experiences, I have gained versatile skills on areas of business operations. I worked as Branch Manager in Retail Industries.

On business operation I keep the store running smoothly and meet the sales target everyday. Dealing with customer queries and complaints, collaboration across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of a business process. I was also assigned as one of store development team, in line with this my knowledge in business excel.

I also worked as a Human Resources / Admin. My duties was to advertise job postings, source candidates, screen applicants, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate hiring efforts with managers responsible for making the final selection of candidates, and also includes safety, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance and training.
Since my position is HR / Admin, written and oral communication usually took place. In line with this, I could offer services that requires ability on customer support in Emails and Calls. I can also accommodate any marketplace which requires data analysis, data entry, and data encoding for different business operations
