Over the last 6 years I had the opportunity to work as a customer service rep in different campaigns as an Outbound and Inbound representative, in English and Spanish.
At this point I'm looking to obtain a position as customer service representative/virtual assistant, where my customer relations experience can be fully utilized to improve customer satisfaction and promote the company’s brand name.

I have also experience in sales and marketing research and my objective is to be part of a leading company’s success story in the capacity of salesperson, ensure optimal profitability for the company and satisfaction for the company’s clientele using my vast and varied experience to plan and implement marketing strategies, thereby contributing significantly to the success of the company’s marketing efforts.
