I am a freelance writer from South Africa with a flair for writing and an ability to write in various formats. I do not shy away from challenging topics and intensive research is my thing.

I have a background in film making ,having worked in educational television for several years after graduating from film school. I decided to leave the studio life behind and persue independent film making. When I am not working on a short film, I am writing web content and blogging.

My first love is writing, whether it be writing a feature length film, a novel or a blog. I have also worked for an SEO company for 11 months last year so I have a thorough knowledge base for that.

I am a nature lover and an avid environmentalist. I love to write research pieces about topics related to sustainability and environmental issues.

I am also a health nut, so I gravitate towards health topics. I have written for several doctors and even surgeons, so extensive research outside of my field does not scare me. I actually enjoy it.

I consider myself just an overly-opinionated and curious individual with a love or words and communication. So writing is just a way to share this and to help others put into words what they need to convey, effectively is a natural calling.
