With my graduate degree in Computer Science, I maintained an efficient and high performing attitude and extensive growth on how to operate and excel in the corporate world. I am self-driven and I always aim to deliver great satisfactory quality. I have a knack for problem-solving and work well independently and with little oversight. Being a progressive candidate and I excel at technical support, quality assurance, customer support, documentation, and relationship management furthermore I am very passionate when working with people as it inspires me to grow mentally and learn new things and also teach others what I know.

I have been an intern as a data analyst at Ativio where I was undertaking quality assurance tasks on web applications developed. I have a one-year internship experience with Microsoft, here my aims were creating and developing applications with a developer community which I lead in app development, analyzing and improving existing projects.

I have been a long-term editor volunteer with Wikipedia for the past 3 years till date, through editing articles in Wikipedia. I have also volunteered with Mozilla as a Web Quality assurance, I analyze and review applications for their quality and effectiveness. Working with all these organizations further developed my cultural awareness and relationship management skills.
