C++, python, algorithms and PhD scientist
I have almost 10 years of C++, and Python experience, and a PhD in computer science in the field of optimization and non-deterministic algorithms.
During my past positions, I have co-published papers in several international and national conferences in the fields of Evolutionary Algorithms, Parameter Setting, Hybrid Algorithms, Parallel Algorithms and Island Models in combinatorial as well as continuous optimization problems and contributed as well actively on several software projects (framework) such as Evolving Objects (EO), ParadisEO and, as part of my thesis, DIM (Dynamic Islands Model).
As part of my doctorate contract, I also provided courses for post-graduate and master degree students and am contributing actively to several FOSS projects.
