Work Terms
We prefer to quote a fixed fee for design work, with a detailed brief. From experience, the more detailed the brief is, the better and more efficient (economical) the solution. Occasionally we'll bill hourly for production work, where the amount of work is a moving target (but for larger/longer projects we'll give you an estimate for each production part as we go along, or will consider an ongoing retainer basis to even out your cash flow). Unless a very small project, we'll set a payment schedule based on phases of work accomplished. Larger projects require an initial payment to begin project. The early/deeper we become involved in a project, the better job we can do for you. Until we've worked with you awhile, all payments are to be thru Guru SafePay Escrow. We are generally available most all of weekdays via phone or email. And don't mind occasional weekends or evenings.
