Cara has more than 20 years of professional experience as an Analyst (Business Requirement and Functional), and Senior Technical Writer in various industries such as banking and finance, retailing, healthcare and logistics. She has written and gathered business requirements from different business teams to bring out the quality product. She has written and edited test scripts, test plans and test management plans. She has conducted SME interviews, created user guides and brochures, and worked with Project Managers to develop Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management (PM) deliverables. She has prepared RFPs, as well as provided technical and financial proposals for federal projects. She has worked with Architects and Engineers to prepare design deliverables. She has been responsible for the preparation of business process requirements and specifications, design and development of use case scenarios test script development. She also has experience reviewing SDLC and PM Deliverables to verify that they were prepared and delivered in accordance with PMBOK and Government standards. She is a detail oriented person with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Payment Method:
Transactions are made through SafePay Escrow. SafePay Payment is preferred by Check, E-check, or Wire Transfer Funds. However, Credit Card and PayPal payments will be accepted.
Communication:
Communication will occur with employers by phone or e-mail? Frequency of communication will depend on scope of project.
General Availability:
General Office Hours 11am – 7pm. Work hours are not restricted to this timeframe, however, phone communication is restricted to 11am – 7pm.
