I have an almost 10 years of experience as a Store Supervisor in Watsons Phils. where my main job is providing excellent customer service and doing admin works. I had finished 1-week training as a customer support for the non-voice account. Where I was able to have an overview of the main role of a customer support for an online job. I had the chance of learning new skills such as replying emails using the groove app, tracking orders of the customer using different tools like Aftership in Shopify,17tracker, USPS Post, AU Post and so on. I had also taught on the pointers and ways on how to do a product research online using different pages such as Facebook, Amazon and Ali Express.Willing to be trained to be more efficient to any position or task that will be offered to me.
