E-learning Specialist

I hold in excess of 20 years' experience in the learning material design and development industry across a multitude of business sectors.

Using Articulate Storyline in conjunction with my knowledge of adult learning, learning styles, instructional design principles, cognitive and evaluation theories I design, manage and implement interactive e-learning course content that is educational and fun to consume at the same time.

I am a creative, detail orientated problem solver with strong analytical skills. I am instinctively inclined to research content that I develop to ensure that I have a sound understanding of the topic at hand. This ability allows me to provide users with insight and/or background information that they might not have known otherwise.

I pride myself in my ability to deliver quality learning content and associated solutions. This involves quality assurance of my own work as well as those from others.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday (weekends and/or after hours on arrangement)
