I am a former customer service/sales representative for Bell Canada back then i used to know every work around with the job that i am give so that i will be able to do my job efficiently in less time. I am familiar with doing MS Office works. I am also keen eyed to details and i give my best to what i do.

In my experience, I have been focusin on how to deal with complex issues, irate customers and as well as do research on the background of the account of the customers and making sure that what i do with my job is right so that it would be a win-win situation for both the client and the customer. I also adapt easily to different accents and as well as requests from the clients as Canada has a lot of people with different cultures.
