I started working in a call center seven years ago, the first account that I've handed is Bell Canada, we were trained to handle billing concerns and strategically upsell products to our customer. After gaining more knowledge and experience I resigned to pursue and use my educational background as a nurse in a health care account.
We were trained to handle medical supplies and carefully read doctors prescription, all of the patients were diabetic since we are a provider of blood glucose testing supply for Liberty Medical.

After staying there for almost a year apparently, the campaign ended so I have to look for another job. I was able to land a job in AT&T as a Level 3 support and was promoted as a Team Lead, I stayed there for 3 years

Moving forwards I resigned since the account was unstable and a lot of commissions was on hold because of fraudulent activity by the people taking in calls.

I was able to get a position as an Account Executive in RingCentral, this is a business to business account and we're selling VOIP to help expand their business by helping them set up the most sophisticated communication platform

Work Terms

I'm open for any schedule as long as it is a weekend off.
