Work Terms
Freelance Social Media Management Work Terms
A. Working Hours:
* 8 hours of daily work, Monday to Friday.
* Work hours can be flexible but will primarily be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time), unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Payment Terms:
* Payments will be processed biweekly or monthly.
* Payment methods accepted: PayPal or PayMaya.
* There needs to be a 50% down payment prior to the start of the project, and the remaining 50% shall be paid before the final output is endorsed to the client.
* All invoices must be settled within 7 days of receipt.
3. Communication:
* Preferred communication channels: Zoom, Viber, MS Teams, or WhatsApp.
* Regular updates and meetings will be scheduled as per the client's availability.
* Response time to messages and emails will typically be within 24 hours on business days.

5. Revisions and Feedback:
* Up to 3 rounds of revisions per project/task are included.

* A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.
7. Termination:
* Either party can terminate the agreement with a 14-day notice period.
* Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and must be paid by the client.
8. Additional Terms:
* Any additional work outside the agreed-upon scope will be charged at an hourly rate.
* Holidays and personal time off will be communicated in advance.
