More than 7 years of experience designing and implementing digital solutions for companies, mostly Salesforce solutions but I have also worked with Zoho CRM and other platforms. I start with the analysis of my customer's objectives and needs to truly understand your business and your needs, I have a Master degree in Innovation so I always give my customers an innovative solution. Once the proposal is accepted, I can make all the implementation and configurations needed to launch the project. Including users' training. In case the solutions needs custom code then I could work in collaboration with developers but almost everything can be done in Salesforce without code :)
