Virtual assistant with more than 10 years office experience. Trustworthy, respectful, hard-working, punctual, accurate & willing to learn new things.

I am an adaptable, flexible and detail-oriented professional with a broad variety of experience providing executive and office support. I have gained many years of valuable experience in all aspects of general office administration including: reception, mail, faxing, shipping, multi-function printers, customer service, processing payroll/invoice submissions, filing and records/database management. I was frequently asked to draft and edit documents in Word and Excel, research and track information online, retrieve and distribute printed material as well as maintain MS Access data bases.

In my down time I have a family to help take care of and am a volunteer musician. Travel is one of my favourite things to do and I have a long bucket list of amazing places I would like to see.

Work Terms

Interested in working up to 4 hours per day, prefer 10am-2pm but outside of those hours can be negotiated. My rate is $20/hour & I can quote for a specific job if preferred, once I have full details.
