I am also an experienced and competent Workforce Management Analyst / Backoffice Management Specialist with a proven track record of success within both technical and business analysis, coordinating 12 call centers; 5 sites in the Philippines and 7 sites offshore to establish business initiatives on reporting. I have prepared and analyzed reports for Tracfone account - a US based telecommunications company - critical for business in the most efficient manner and collaborated with operations teams to implement project plans.

While I have a great success in my professional career, I also have a healthy work-life balance. I have been traveling intensively through South East Asia and Asia Pacific which allows me to widen my perspective and helps me develop my cultural sensitivity. It is not only fascinating, it also gives me better understanding regarding international issues and conflicts, or even relate to the cultural norms of a foreign business partner.
