I have 8 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. and Canadian customers in English, French and Spanish. I was trained at a large Call Center in El Salvador and have served as Customer Service Specialist (email and phone), Trainer and Team Lead.
I can provide e-mail and phone support both inbound and outbound, oriented to sales or issue resolving. I am also very talented at composing original material as a writer in common or technical language for any given topic, performing with high quality standards and always keeping in mind the best interest of my clients. I have a lot of experience in travel planning and itinerary keeping, as well as expertise in credit card and bank account management.
I am a fast learner and have the flexibility to adapt to any unexpected situation, work under pressure and deliver any work in the due time. Through the years of my experience in the Customer Service Industry employee training has become my passion, you always want to provide team members the necessary tools and knowledge in order to achieve customer satisfaction; I have also been trained in Human Resources consulting focused on employee motivation.
