I am a graduate of Human Resources Development Management from Trinity University of Asia.
I used to work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a sales and marketing company based in the US for 1 year and 8 months. I conducted both inbound and outbound phone interviews, scheduled interviews with hiring managers, and assisted candidates with their on boarding paper works.
Last March, I began working for a healthcare staffing company. I am responsible for managing employee records (medical documents, licenses, criminal background checks, etc.), and verifying documents before indexing them to our database.
Working with staffing companies and writing blogs/articles trained me to be detail-oriented. I am comfortable reviewing and verifying documents provided and supported by the company's standards. Since the pandemic, I had to transition to working from home. With the new normal, I can work with less to no supervision as long as I am trained and the tools I need are provided. I value communication, which is very important with the current set up. I make sure to send emails to keep my lead updated with my work progress. Freelance work is new to me. But I am very eager to learn and adapt the field.
Work Terms
Since I am working full time during the weekday, I can work during the weekends the whole day or for a specific number of hours. With my availability, I can manage getting paid twice a month.
