I have held various roles in a technology/ecommerce company for seven years. Starting as a System Administrator, I focused my talents in understanding, implementing, configuring, and helping users with software platforms. After 3 years of system administration, I began to specialize in specific platforms, such as Salesforce. I've worked with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Distribution departments to grow adoption of Salesforce within a business. As for other positions I have held, I spent 2 years working as a Marketing Specialist (focusing on Marketing Automation within Marketo and HubSpot), and a year as a Business Intelligence Admin and Analyst. Currently I'm looking to further my experience in Salesforce and reputation as a Salesforce resource.
