Carlos really exceeded my expectations. I commissioned this work as a first wedding anniversary present for my wife (paper, you see) so it was important to me that the details were correct, and the whole thing was very individual. In order to achieve this, Carlos had to pay attention to details that I specified and respond to new ones, as well as crucially depict human faces recognisably as animals. This he did excellently well. During the process, unprompted, he offered a better layout than the one I initially envisaged, and managed to incorporate a lot more into one of the crucial pictures (wedding scene) than I had initially anticipated. Both of these improved the final result. He was also straightforward and prompt to work with. I would definitely recommend.
