Industrial Project Management with 10 Years of Experience in different Industrial Applications from Oil & Gas to Food Treatment.

I have been working with projects for more than 10 years now. I started as a Project Engineer and than I moved forward as a Project Manager, handling projects with Medical Equipment, Boilers, PLC, and working with Industrial Applications like: Food Treatment, Oil&Gas, Waste Water Treatment, and so on,..., going from activities hand-on on the field up to more administrative roles on planning and supervising project tasks.
Project Management implies several challenges especially on international projects. Being able to face those challenges in a fast and effective way is vital in the lifecycle of the projects. I offer the possibility to reduce the load on your team on the industrial projects that you have, supporting you on any stage of the lifecycle such projects are in, even on post-closure services.

Work Terms

I am pretty flexible on term of the activities I am willing to do in order for the project to move forward, facing problems and bottle-neck head-on in order to assure the schedule set for the project.
In relation to payment terms, I request the 30% of the initial estimation done for the service up front. The customer will cover all the travel expenses needed in order to get to the place in which the project is taking place.
