I have an extensive background of over nine (9) years in Customer Service in all Front end medium including Live Chat, Inbound Voice Support, Email, and Facebook moderation; handling diverse programs including Cable and Internet, Telco, Financial, B2B Communities, Catalog Merchants, and E-commerce.
I also hold a Degree in Business Administration in Management from a reputable institution in Asia. This, coupled with my experiences, resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency and ability to learn fast; I am certain to deliver and perform the tasks that the post demands.
Lastly, I am resilient, driven to succeed, pride myself in the quality of work produced, working well independently with minimal supervision, and firmly believes that building relationships with both clients and co-workers is the key to mutual growth and development.
