Bilingual Customer Service / Translator
I've been working in the customer service industry for the past 4 years. I have experience assisting customers through chats, phone, and email. In the last year, I have specialized in "returns and warranty" by working as the team lead of a Return Department of an eCommerce that sales industrial parts.
I am looking forward to working as a customer service specialist or as a translator. I believe that the key to success for any company is providing good Customer service.
Work Terms
Less than 30 hrs a day, payment can be either by hr rate or by milestone completed.
