My previous job experiences includes being a retail generalist in amazon. The job tasks includes :
-processing payments
-update order status
-process replacements
-process refunds
-call customers to provide alternatives for items unavailable
-call carriers regarding parcel updates
-track packages
-help customers place an order
-help customer choose the right products
-provide compensation
And i was also an account associate with uber eats. We manage driver accounts, process compensations and call customers to update them with their order status, replacements and refunds.
