My goal is to utilize my skills to improve quality in work and customer experience.

6 + years of Customer Experience (you can see this on my LinkedIn profile, message me if you'd like to see it.) I enjoy playing challenging games. Such as Go (also known as Weiqi, Baduk, or iGo), and I enjoy challenging myself in improving my skills (this includes my strongest strengths, Strategy, Learning, Individualism, Futuristic, and Achieving). Learning to type faster is one of the skills I want to develop because not only would it improve my ability to assist others and myself in the future, but it is a calming task that fits in the achieving category every single time. I have experience with quite a few areas (adobe suite, Microsoft office, email formats, computer basics (I've had several say I could've fooled them when I say I've never been an IT professional). I am also quick to learn on anything I am lacking. I look forward to working with those who wish to work with me, and getting to know them.

I prefer unrushed jobs although I do appreciate having an expected timeframe so that I can work with it. The goal is to do high quality work that is otherwise difficult for others to do.
