As a Proofreader and Quality Assurance staff, I check the journal articles for possible errors based on the specifications provided by the client. These jobs also include checking of online XML and HTML files prior to sending the final files for printing.
As an Email Support agent, I make thorough checking of the status of the items bought by the customers in one of the online shopping websites and responds to their inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
Also, I work as an Analyst. I transcribed audio messages of the customers and representatives from different companies making sure that every statement is correct and coincides with the guidelines. This is where my listening skills are improved as well as my ability to understand and read fully the content of every call.
