- Recruited, hired, trained, and coached Outbound SDRs

- Developing SDR training programs and playbooks
- Managing SDRs on a daily basis
- Running and facilitating Sales Operations (designed reports, dashboards, and communities)
- Created and Standardized processes for using Salesforce and Outreach
- Developed scripts and emails
- Developed lists and best practices for list development using tools like LinkedIn, Discover.org, Zoominfo, and Lead IQ
Work Terms
