Hands on experience in Scrum/Agile/Lean, and waterfall development environments.

Carol has also managed and mentored and managed several successful Project Managers and developed best practices while still maintaining a "hands on" project management approach. She also has experience with project management methodologies; budgeting; resource management and forecasting; status reporting, organizational change management, business process development, vendor management, and hiring and the mentoring staff.
