I am a continuous learner; As a matter of fact, I just graduated from Intensive training provided by the Department of Information and
Communications Technology. I attended the General Virtual Assistant conducted by the Digital Jobs Ph. During the
training, I learned a lot about being a GVA and understanding our future clients and how can we manage them properly. I learned how to improve customer experience and increase sales.
