From there, I took on a different kind of challenge as a brand ambassador for OMO and Beekeepers Honey Care Company. This role was unique, as it involved face-to-face interactions where I represented well-loved brands. It was a hands-on experience that made me appreciate the power of a good story and how connecting with people on a personal level can leave a lasting impression. Work Terms
Hours of Operation
I’m available for virtual assistance Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EAT). However, I understand that projects may sometimes require additional flexibility, so I am open to discussing evening or weekend support on a case-by-case basis with prior notice.
Payment Terms
Rates: My hourly rate is between 14$ to 25$ , or I offer custom packages for long-term projects or specific tasks.
Billing Cycle: I invoice bi-weekly or monthly, depending on the nature and length of the project.
Payment Methods: I accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or through Mpesa if contracted there.
Terms: Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. For new clients, I may require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Preferred Communication Styles
Primary Communication: I prefer email or chat (e.g., WhatsApp or Slack) for day-to-day communications as it provides a quick way to track updates and maintain records.
Project Updates: I send weekly progress reports for ongoing projects and am available for a brief check-in call if preferred.
