Taking on the challenge of explaining things to everybody. Doesn't shy away from technology. Doesn't live in a writer's bubble.

I believe in curation of information, in not forcing the user to decide what is important and what is chaff.

I am always asking questions: What is this? What does it do? How does it do it? Who uses it? Why do they to use it? What do they do to actually use it?

Once I get the answers to those questions, I determine the best way to present the information so that the user can gain the greatest understanding and put it to use.
