I love learning and I love to create learning experiences other people will find beneficial, engaging, and enjoyable. Throughout my 20+ year career as an educator,instructional designer, and eLearning developer, I have sat through many learning experiences - some great and some downright awful. The great experiences have helped me to recognize the characteristics of effective learning – authentic, relevant, individualized, engaging, and solved a problem or issue. But it was the bad experiences that inspired me to start my own business designing custom learning solutions. I knew there was a better way to engage clients and ensure their learners' needs are met. I do this by:

*Developing a deep understanding of my clients' needs, culture, and environment
*Collaborating with my clients to design an effective solution to ensure their objectives are met
*Executing projects using Instructional Design, Lean, and Human-Centered Design methods
*Providing transparency during all phases of the relationship - from my proposal to pricing to the execution of the project to the evaluation
*Managing the scope, timeline, and execution of the project
