I was a License Expert Representative and Email support for Symantec Antivirus. I also took calls for Web Support and done Chat Support for a year. I had Customer Service experience for Amazon Kindle. I have undergone technical training and took calls as a Technical Support for Kindle tablets.
I have also undergone training for a Healthcare Account and was a Senior Process Executive. I have been in this industry for almost 5 years now.
