Carson Black is a professional Drupal Developer with over 20 years of web development experience.
Carson has been a professional web developer for over 20 years. For the last 12 of those years he has been focusing on building highly functional, enterprise grade websites using the Drupal Content Management System.
Currently he is a a Lead Web Developer at University of California, Davis where he works with a small team to build and maintain websites for a variety clients and use cases including the main site for the University, https://www.ucdavis.edu. Additionally he was part of the team that built and maintains the main content management service for the University that serves over 450 websites using Drupal 8.
He also is an active member and leader in the Drupal community, hosting the Sacramento Drupal Users Group and helping to build the website for the Bay Area Drupal Camp (BADCamp).
Carson has also presented his work at several Drupal camps and conferences, including Bay Area Drupal Camp and Stanford Web Camp as well as presenting at the Higher Ed Summit at North America DrupalCon 2019 in Seattle.
In 2014 Carson became an Acquia Certified Drupal Developer
