I'm very relieved that I selected Bates and that he accepted my job. Bates proved to be a highly skilled GIS and web developer with excellent communication and management skills to match. Bates transformed my complex and messy idea into a structured, thoughtful, and high performing web application.
There is no doubt that I will contact Bates for all future needs relating to GIS, mapping, and web development. Prior to hiring Bates i spent months trialing out of the box solutions including Carto, esri, and many other solutions. Even with customization, none of the out of the box solutions covered my needs and all were significantly more expensive than the cost of my project with Bates.
