Cassie Garison is a poet and translator currently living in Lancaster and has work published or forthcoming in River Styx, Washington Square Review, Columbia: A Journal of Literature and Art Online, Nimrod International Journal, LIT Magazine, Salamander Magazine, and others. Cassie has attended workshops including Writing Workshops in Greece: Thessaloniki and Thassos, The Winter Tangerine Poetry Workshop, and will be attending The Kenyon Review Poetry Workshop this summer. Cassie is also the recipient of the 2019 Frontier-Antioch Fellowship.
Cassie received a B.A. with Honors from Franklin & Marshall College, and double majored in English: Creative Writing and Classical Languages and Literature. Cassie is proficient in Ancient Greek, Ancient Latin, and Modern Greek.
