Skilled and experienced professional acting as Virtual Assistant and Researcher

I hold an MA in International Relations and Political Science, at the renowned Institute of International Relations, PUC-Rio.
I speak English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian fluently, and Intermediate French.
I have worked for over 5 years with market research in both the Czech and UK consulate in Sao Paulo.
I have translated & proofread official documents for both of the above, private companies, and important organizations such as the International Bar Associaion.
I have also worked as a researcher for a political party and NGO focused on sustainability and democracy, and have had a full work published online and as a book.
I have a very interdisciplinar background thanks to my degrees in International Relations, which enables me to write about several different topics and disciplines. On top of a career in IR, I am also a certified yoga instructor, and have also have translated several times for yoga schools (Sivananda) and my former own yoga business (I used to run luxury yoga retreats in Brazil). I can also create content related to yoga and wellness.
I am also a very flexible and dynamic professional, and I always aim to make sure my customer's needs are being corresponded.

Work Terms

I'm currently available 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. I charge either a fixed price if it is, for example, a market research project, or hourly as a virtual assistant.
